If you choose an upgraded method like 3-Day, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight, then those are universal business day delivery times throughout the United States. Some rural or remote areas may take longer. Keep in mind that a business day is Monday through Friday, not the weekends or holidays. Bully Dog Parts tries to ship out the same business day if possible. If your order ships out the same business day, then consider that a bonus. You should receive a tracking number when it becomes available. If you do not receive one, then please contact us.
Bully Dog Parts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third party carriers. There are no refunds for late shipments due to third party carriers. There are no refunds or adjustments for free shipping orders either. Some rural areas do not have Overnight Air/Next Day Air or 2 Day Air delivery service available and may take longer to deliver. We will let you know if that service is not available and we will choose the most efficient delivery method possible at a comparable cost. If you have a carrier preference, then please let us know and we will try to accomodate you but we ultimately have the discretion as to which carrier we use to send out free shipping orders.
