Description

The Bully Dog 6 Position 4 Bank Chip is designed to increase horsepower and torque on 1995 - 2003 7.3L Ford Power Strokes with automatic transmissions or manual transmission. The six positions included depend on the application:

1995-1997 Model Years:
- High Idle Setting (Raises RPM for Power Take-Off Devices or Cold Weather Starts)
- Stock Setting
- 40 HP Setting
- 50 HP Setting (Towing Weights for 50 HP setting: anything over 7500 lbs)
- 65 HP Setting
- 75 HP Setting (Towing Weights for 75 HP setting: anything lower than 7500 lbs.)
Early 1999 Model Year (Trucks built before 12/98) :
- High Idle Setting (Raises RPM for Power Take-Off Devices or Cold Weather Starts
- Valet Setting (Returns the truck to stock and adds a 70 mph speed governer)
- Stock Setting
- 50 HP Setting (Towing Weights for 50 HP setting: anything over 7500 lbs)
- 75 HP Setting (Towing Weights for 75 HP setting: anything lower than 7500 lbs.)
- 100 HP Setting (Recommended never to tow in 100 HP setting)
1999.5-2001 Model Years
- High Idle Setting (Raises RPM for Power Take-Off Devices or Cold Weather Starts
- Valet Setting (Returns the truck to stock and adds a 70 mph speed governer)
- Stock Setting
- 50 HP Setting (Towing Weights for 50 HP setting: anything over 7500 lbs)
- 75 HP Setting (Towing Weights for 75 HP setting: anything lower than 7500 lbs.)
- 110 HP Setting (Recommended never to tow in 110 HP setting)
2002-2003 Model Years
- High Idle Setting (Raises RPM for Power Take-Off Devices or Cold Weather Starts
- Valet Setting (Returns the truck to stock and adds a 70 mph speed governer)
- Stock Setting
- 50 HP California Smog Legal Setting (Towing Weights for 50 HP setting: anything over 7500 lbs)
- 80 HP Setting (Towing Weights for 80 HP setting: anything lower than 7500 lbs.)
- 125 HP Setting (Recommended never to tow in 125 HP setting)

Utilizing state-of-the-art programs, the Bully Dog 6 Position 4 Bank Chips run the lowest exhaust gas temperatures in the industry, typically running 50 to 100 degrees cooler than competitor products.

For installation, simply plug the chip into the Engine Control Unit (ECU). The Bully Dog 6 Position 4 Bank Chip is adjustable on-the-fly.

Installation was a breeze and the instructions for installation couldn't be any better. I'm so impressed with this chip. The shifts are smooth and this think definitely kicks it in the right gear when you ask for it.
